Current CEO John Hansen purchases the company and expands its course production schedule, training program inventory, and ways to access our content. We transition to a Software-as-a-Service (Saas) company focused on eLearning with a special emphasis on culture-impacting topics like bias, sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion, and workplace violence prevention. Fortune 1000 training departments come to represent our largest clients.
2020
We take on the challenge to prove that our courses change employee behavior and have a quantifiable impact on an organization’s culture and objectives (having long heard anecdotal evidence and customer feedback that they do). We invest in a team of theoretical researchers, organizational behavior experts, and learning analytics professionals to help us.
2023
We launch our new, proprietary behavior-based learning and analytics solution. To convey the significance of this new product, we change our corporate name to Atana—a reflection of our mission to help organizations attain the type of employee behavior and culture they aspire to.
We are the trusted partner for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, and reach over 20 industries with significant strength in healthcare, government, finance and retail.
